Customer Success Manager 

Long-term maternity replacement /
Tel Aviv, Israel

Artbrain helps auction houses and art galleries grow their business and build better customer relationships. We are a young startup located in Tel-Aviv, developing a personalization technology for auction houses and art galleries from all over the world. We are transforming the art and collectibles market by creating a technology that matches collectors with the items they love, AKA a recommendation engine tailored for this amazing domain.

We are looking for a position Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team for as long-term maternity leave replacement (at least one year). Our CS team is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We are always looking for great people to join us.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust and ensure that they're realizing the full potential of our product. You will be in charge on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to identify their needs in all aspects, provide excellent support to customers, understand their needs, and come up with creative solutions.

You should also be highly organized and with the ability to solve problems independently. Ultimately, you will be working closely with all teams in the company and will help establish our relationship with our customers and reputation as a company.

 


Requirements
 

  • 1-2 Years of experience as a CSM or similar customer-facing role - MUST.

  • English as a mother tongue - MUST.

  • Experience working with Excel - MUST.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Patience when handling tough cases.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Familiarity with the art and collectibles industry - significant plus.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Positive attitude and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
