Overview

Artbrain platform helps auction houses and art galleries grow their business and build better customer relationships. We are a young startup located in Tel-Aviv, developing a personalization technology for auction houses and art galleries from all over the world. We are transforming the art and collectibles market by creating a technology that matches collectors with the items they love, AKA a recommendation engine tailored for this amazing domain.

We are looking for a full-time position Customer Support Specialist to join our CS team and assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

This role responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

You should also be highly organized and with the ability to solve problems independently. Ultimately, you will be working closely with all teams in the company and will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support and service.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat (intercom).

  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features in the system.

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities and guide them through the use of the system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to locate and reporting product malfunctions.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of experience as a CS Specialist or similar CS role - MUST.

  • English as a mother tongue - MUST.

  • Excellent communication and problem - solving skills.

  • Patience when handling tough cases.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Familiarity with the art and collectibles industry is a significant plus.

  • Experience working with Excel - MUST.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Positive Attitude and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
